Free Bill of Transfer for Living Trust

This document is used to transfer personal property to a living trust or joint living trust. Only property that has been transferred and is "owned" by the trust can be distributed by the trust.

NOTE: This document cannot be used to transfer real estate or other property that has a title document, such as a vehicle. If you desire to transfer real property into your trust you should consider preparing a Quit Claim Deed.

Use the Bill of Transfer for Living Trust document if:
