Free Affidavit of Support

The Affidavit of Support is completed by a US citizen for a foreign national upon the foreign national's entry into the country to show that the intending immigrant will have adequate means of support, when planning to immigrate to the U.S.

Use the Affidavit of Support document if:

You need to declare under oath that you will provide adequate means of financial support to an intending immigrant.
