I enjoy working for _________________ and hope to build my career here. However, as you may know, I have been suffering from _________________ ever since I moved to _________________ to begin work here.
My doctor has advised me that a change of climate would be the best single move I could make for my health. Since _________________ also has offices in _________________, I am writing to ask whether it might be possible for me to pursue my work from a different _________________ office. Of all the cities that have _________________ offices, my _________________ has advised me that _________________ would be the best from a health standpoint.
Please consider this request and let me know whether such a move is feasible. I want very much to continue working for _________________. I know that if these health issues could be resolved, I could be even more productive. I will call you next week to discuss the transfer idea further.
