This item is shoddily manufactured and does not work. This is not the first time that I have purchased merchandise from your store that was second-rate merchandise, but I do hope it will be the last.

 

Do not bother replacing this item. I want my money back. As you can see from the photocopy of the receipt, which I have enclosed, I paid _________________ for this product.
