My years at _________________ have been fruitful and full of challenge. Many of you here have only known me in my recent position as _________________, but a few of you can recall the early days when we all struggled together to build the company and help it grow.

You have been wonderful to work with; I can honestly say that every day contained some event which I can look back on fondly.
