For many years, _________________ has had a flexible policy regarding hours worked. We asked that employees put in 40 hours every week and get their assignments done, but we did not require that employees account for every hour of their time
However, it has come to our attention that many individuals are taking advantage of this flexible policy, and in fact are just taking a great deal of paid time off.
